Lotus Elite – The All New Model from Lotus Cars
With a solid reputation for speed and extreme handling, Lotus has long been established as one of the best manufacturers for bringing the experience of the racetrack to the open road. The Elise has always been the model that has led the charge for the company and quite rightly so as it is a vehicle of true class. However, the used Lotus Elite is also highly regarded and so fans of the brand will be delighted to hear that there is a brand new version of the model being introduced. And I think you will all agree that from an initial visual point of view, the all new Elite are something truly spectacular. Visually this is a car that is right up there with the very best of them in the industry and is definitely something out of the ordinary in the looks department. A super sports car is definitely what it is and it gives off a very futuristic look and feel. And with its 612 BHP V8 engine (5.0 litres), power is a guarantee. And thanks to this engine the car is able to deliver a 0 to 62 mph in an impressive 3.5 seconds whilst only producing 215 g/km of Co2 emissions. However, the only unfortunate issue surrounding the vehicle is that it will not be made available for purchase for another 3 or 4 years with a 2014 release date being expected. But by god will this unit be worth the wait and it is expected that the new Lotus Elite will catapult the Lotus brand to new levels of popularity.
